BUT THE LORD HAD NOT FORGOTTEN NOAH

The avalanche of God's anger seem to descend on world that was too feeble to sustain even the single touch of a God that was as so great as this one. They had lived in great delusion, in pride and intense lust so much that it had triggered the wrath of the highest court in the universe. The abhorrence of God toward these acts demanded an immediate decision-no mercy. It seemed that the corridors of the heavenly still could not get an answer to its numerous questions, but even amidst all these the Most High could not fanthom, "why did you add sexual immorality to thy sins Oh Earth".The tongue twist of the whole tale at first glance seem to point towards the collapsing buildings, unending rains, the frightening storms, dejected men, tempest earthquakes and the overwhelming flood. All thoughts seem to be towards a single end.But one element seem lost in this great story:Where is Noah. Where could this lonely creature be.Would he survive this great destruction of the habitat he had known. What will happen to the man he had trusted to fulfil his mission, the man on whose clothes, his promise of security was strapped. But the Lord had not forgotten Noah, for he had kept him safe in an ark,a protection from the great commotion that lay exterior, the Most high had surely been his covering,"the arrows that fly by day" would not reach him, under the shadow of the Most High, he will not be harmed.Listen Oh Believer, even in the most extreme anger of the Most High he still holds on to his promise, he "still gives his  beloved sleep", Let us learn therefore,if the madness of God's rod soothes the righteous, then our soul shall surely assure himself in deep trust,in his great mercy; a patient assurance indeed in the Lord, yea, how shall we not EVEN MORE TRUST HIM  IN THE MOMENT OF HIS SOLEMN SANITY.
