THAT CHRISTMAS DAY

It's Christmas, the time we yearn for
It's the time we recap the past, the season we learn from
It is the time of love, its the time of gay
It's the only moment where the reindeer of hope, sledges our sins away
It's the time where we sprung forth to  a new birth, It's the day of yuletide
It's the only time in history where a sitting King almost committed a regicide
It's the time when the sun understands the stars
The moment when the God became flesh and dwelt on our land
It's the time of reminiscing, it is a sign of hope
A sign that even heaven keeps record of earth's heinous notes.
The day when kids play for fun, assured that their future is most certainly planned
That day when God became a man,was the day we knew we were one
That day when a silent night brought forth something special
Was the day when the earth was introduced to God in person.
The time when the orient understood the celestial, is forever each wise man's story
It is the day of gladness, When joy is spent
Its the day when merry is spelt to the end.
The same day arch angels greet cherubs with cheers
Was the day a Saviour was born, the hope of better years
Oh Christmas!! The time when the magic wand in the sky was waved
Is the day when man saw God.The day when we all understood HIS grace.
